Thomas is the founder of CREDO LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that specializes in Script Writing (Screenplays), Artistic & Graphic Designs, Website Management, and IT Management. Thomas has three decades of experience serving in executive key strategic planning roles to include Senior Policy Advisor, Information Manager, Program Manager, oversight for programming, budgeting, resourcing of complex multi-million-dollar programs. Retired from the US Army with over 31 years of service (Bronze Star Medal and two-time Defense Superior Service Medal Recipient).
