He has three decades of experience serving in executive key strategic planning roles to include Senior Policy Advisor, Information Manager, Program Manager, oversight for programming, budgeting, resourcing of complex multi-million-dollar programs. Retired from the US Army with over 31 years of service (Bronze Star Medal Recipient).
